Watching Tristian and Isolde and hearing about the fighting, I wondered if the lords understood their purpose at times to put themselves in peril knowing death was right in front of them. They did not run, but faced their world with courage. I wondered if they knew at some psychological level that was the contract with leadership that could not be broken, that they knew what they must do.

- I had an opportunity to double major in college. I picked up psychology and civil engineering. My clever advisor called me a psychoengineer. He also called it weird, but it's the closest definition I have. Since I've had a double life I had to learn quickly some best practices for, well, life. If you value life, do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of. I want durable fulfillment in all areas of my life, career, relationships, health. So I have several blogs.
